Deep Groove Ball Bearings
Deep Groove Bearings. One of the most commonly used bearings in a wide array of applications. They are manufactured with a non-separable design making them quite robust and requiring very little maintenance. Deep Groove Ball Bearings are great at handling radial loads and are also capable of handling axial loads when at high speeds. Compared to other bearings, deep grove ball bearings tend to have lower friction coefficient and a high limiting speed but cannot carry heavy loads. They come in a range of sizes and configurations with and without seals or shields. Making them great for gearbox areas where lubrication is constant and there is no need for a seal, or adding a metal shield will provide the bearing to be lubricated for life. Our deep groove ball bearings feature:
- Three Main Types: No Seal, Metal Shield (2Z), Rubber Shield (2RS)
- Versatile, lightweight and Robust
- Useful in applications rated for high speed
- Long Life with low maintenance
- Suitable for shaft sizes ranging from 3-100mm
